All booked video and photo sessions require a non refundable retainer of 25% and a signed contract.

Graphic Design projects will require a non refundable retainer of 50% upon booking and the remaining payment is due upon final project completion.

Captured Moments By Elisha Rochell LLC does not offer refunds. If a client is truly unhappy with the quality of work performed, we work to alleviate the situation by addressing the designs or providing a partial refund. Since we are a service based business, full refunds are a rarity since work performed must be compensated.
